About Our Party Hire Services

Do you only provide party hire for children's birthdays?

No. While children’s birthday parties are one of our most popular bookings, we also provide party equipment and themed packages for anniversaries, karaoke nights, family celebrations, garden parties, seasonal events and many other occasions.

Recelebrate provides affordable, reusable party equipment and themed party packages to help make celebrations easier to organise. We hire everything from reusable plates and cutlery to karaoke machines, bubble machines, smoke machines, snow machines and disco lighting, giving you everything you need to create a memorable event without buying equipment you’ll only use once.

Our range includes reusable partyware such as plates, cups, cutlery, serving bowls, drinks jugs and table accessories, alongside entertainment equipment including karaoke machines, bubble machines, smoke machines, snow machines and disco lighting. Is your equipment cleaned before every hire?

Yes. Every piece of reusable equipment is cleaned, checked and prepared before it leaves us, so everything arrives ready to use at your celebration.

Yes. Many of our products are suitable for outdoor celebrations, including garden parties and summer events. If you’re planning an outdoor party, let us know when booking so we can recommend the most suitable equipment.

Many of our products are suitable for family celebrations, although some equipment should always be operated responsibly by an adult. If you have any questions about using specific equipment, we’ll be happy to provide guidance before your event.

Booking, Delivery & Collection

How do I book party equipment?

Simply get in touch with us to discuss your event date, the equipment you’d like to hire and your location. We’ll confirm availability, answer any questions and help you choose the most suitable options for your celebration.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if your celebration is taking place during weekends, school holidays or other busy periods. Booking in advance gives you the best chance of securing the equipment you’d like.

Yes. We offer delivery and collection across Beaconsfield and many surrounding areas, helping to make party planning as simple and convenient as possible.

Yes. Local collection is available for many bookings. We’ll arrange a convenient collection time when confirming your booking.

Our standard hire period is typically 48 hours, giving you plenty of time to prepare for your event, enjoy the celebration and return the equipment afterwards.

Pricing & Practical Information

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable before your hire begins.

Yes. We offer an optional washing-up service for reusable partyware, helping you spend less time cleaning up after your celebration and more time enjoying it.

Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Beaconsfield and regularly provide party equipment hire across the surrounding Buckinghamshire area, including High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Chesham and Marlow.

No. Although we’re based in Beaconsfield, we regularly support customers across nearby towns and villages throughout Buckinghamshire.

Possibly. If your event falls outside our usual delivery area, please get in touch before booking. Where possible, we’ll always try to accommodate your requirements.
